You are already part of our GECO team and know an IT-qualified person who should also be part of it? Then we look forward to your recommendation.
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

Your efforts might also be financially worthwhile: If your candidate has worked for us in a permanent position for at least three months, you will receive a bonus of up to € 1.000. We will transfer the same amount again after a total of six months of employment. Simply review our conditions of participation and get in touch with your contact person Nadin Schöne.

Frequently asked questions

  • Which employees is GECO seeking?

    We are always interested in nationwide candidates (m/f/d) who have an IT background. We would be happy to inform you about our vacancies. Simply get in touch with us.

  • What criteria do I have to meet to refer employees for a bonus?

    At the time the bonus is paid, you must be employed by GECO or have a good working history with us.

  • What requirements should the candidate meet?

    He or she must be of legal age, have a valid work permit in Germany and have  IT-related qualifications. He or she should also be available to start a new job within the next three months.

  • When will I receive my premium?

    We add the bonus to your gross salary and pay it out with the payroll for the month in which it is due. If you are no longer employed by GECO at this time, we will transfer the premium to your designated bank account.

  • Is the premium taxable?

    Yes, the premium is subject to taxes.

  • Can I refer more than one person for a premium?

    Yes, we are happy to accept any referral that meets our conditions of participation.
